Proof

Show who learned what, and what the course said.

Every approved change to a course becomes a new version, recorded in a tamper-evident change log. Completion records, check results and certificates sit next to it, so you can answer an auditor with evidence instead of a spreadsheet.

A record you can check

  • Tamper-evident change log

Each receipt includes the SHA-256 hash of the one before it, so any edit to an earlier entry breaks the chain and shows.

  • Verify in the app

Course creators and administrators can check the chain from the version history at any time.

  • Evidence packs

Download a course's change history as an evidence pack, with the hashing rules written inside, that an auditor can verify offline.

  • Designed to integrate with Anchor'd

Receipts are designed to integrate with SAIN's Anchor'd record.

Courses that improve on the record

  • People approve, always

Learner questions and feedback become suggested updates. A course creator or administrator approves each one. Nothing publishes itself.

  • Versions and differences

See exactly what changed between versions, who approved it, and when.

  • Knowledge gaps

Questions the instructor couldn't answer from your material are collected so the next version covers them.

Records for each person

  • Completions and results

Who completed which course, when, and how they did on its checks.

  • Procedure attempts

Every finished procedure simulation is kept in the learner report with its result for each step, a hash of the attempt, and a receipt in the change log.

  • Certificates

A printable certificate of completion for each finished course.

  • Reports and exports

Learner reports, leaderboards and user lists, with CSV export.
